Kathleen (Kathy) Ann Dubes, 75, of Centralia, MO passed away on March 16, 2026 surrounded by her loving husband and sons.

Kathy, the oldest daughter of Webster Earl and Enda May (Houser) Baker was born on December 21, 1950, in Evergreen Park IL.

On January 6, 1973, she was united in marriage to Ernest (Ernie) Dubes, and he survives.

Along with her loving husband of 53 years, Ernie, Kathy is survived by her father Earl; sons, Travis Dubes and wife Misty, Kevin Dubes, Clint Dubes and wife Andrea, and Darren Dubes; grandchildren, Michael and Keirsten, Josh, Brittany and Osson, Brenna and Evan, Brayden, Zane, Bryson, Emilee, Owen, and Marissa; great grandchildren, Ella, Grayson, Jason, Lucy and Waylen; siblings Jan Zaker, Earl Baker and wife Pam, Jean Harris and husband Dave, Anna Hullett and husband Ron and Julie Sullivan and husband Mike; sister in law Caye Dubes and many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Kathy was preceded in death by her mother Edna Baker and two brother in laws, Ted Zaker and Jerry Dubes.

Kathy loved the Lord and her church family at Centralia Church of Christ.  She enjoyed Ladies Bible class and their outings and being able to brag on her grandchildren with the other ladies. Kathy loved her family and attending their school events and celebrating all their accomplishments.  She loved family gatherings and having all her greatest blessings together.

She was a remarkable wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt and Her legacy of love, kindness, and faith will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, and all who were blessed to know her. Though she will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in knowing she is now at peace with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Family and friends are invited to Kathy’s Celebration of Life at 10:00 AM Friday, March 27, 2026, at Centralia Church of Christ.

Visitation will be held from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Centralia Church of Christ.
